Now let’s prepare everything step by step. First, we will prepare Google and GAE. We will start by explaining the account-related setup. Visit the following address first.

◎ If you are already signed in with a Google account
If you are already signed in with a Google account, an explanation of Google’s policy, “One policy across Google,” is displayed. After confirming it, the “Accept New Terms of Service” screen appears. Turn on the “accept these terms” checkbox and press the “Submit” button to send it. If you have already confirmed the policy explanation and accepted the terms on the Accept New Terms of Service screen, the management screen where you can use GAE is displayed immediately.
◎ If you have an account but are not signed in
If you are not yet signed in with a Google account, you are redirected to the sign-in screen. After you sign in here, the rest of the process is the same.
◎ If you do not have an account
If you do not yet have a Google account, accessing the page redirects you to the sign-in screen. On this screen, click the “Create account” button in the upper-right corner to move to the screen where you can create an account. Enter the required information for the Google account and the Google App Engine account.
